Richard Bourque
Richard joined the Chouest Group in 1990 and has held multiple positions within the organization. His first 22 years were with the vessel group, in positions ranging from Vessel Master, Operations Coordinator, Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager, covering areas including the Gulf of Mexico, Alaska, Mediterranean, and Mexico.
In 2012, Richard was transferred to C-Innovation and assumed the position of General Manager. With the reorganization and development of the Subsea Group, Richard was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2020.
Richard has more than 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Lucas Cribley
Lucas Cribley rejoins the C-Innovation team as Business Development Manager. In this role, he will be focused on strategic growth for integrated subsea services within the offshore energy industry.
With more than 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas, Maritime, and Renewables sectors, Lucas brings a wealth of knowledge to our superior management team.
He began his career in 2000 at Sonsub International in offshore operations, ultimately becoming one of the early employees of C-Innovation in 2008. His experience spans IMR and Light Construction projects, Light Well Intervention, and LoF and ROV services. Most recently he served as Regional Director, overseeing the deployment of legacy offshore operational experience and novel technologies to the dynamic offshore wind market.
Lucas earned both a Bachelor of Science in business operations and an MBA from Boise State, as well as Six Sigma and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
Rebecca DuFour
Rebecca Dufour, as Commercial Manager, is responsible for providing commercial
support throughout project lifecycles, from initial client engagement to tendering,
contracting, and operational execution, along with analysis of the current market to
develop strategies for growth and new opportunities.
Rebecca joined C-Innovation in 2021 as Proposal Manager, bringing with her more than
20 years of tendering and commercial experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry.
